THÔNG BÁO VỀ GIẢI BÓNG BÀN THÂN HỮU NGÀY 27 THÁNG 9 NĂM 2026 THỜI GIAN: 8.30 am ngày 27/9/26 ĐỊA ĐIỂM: HITTA TABLE TENNIS CLUB THÀNH PHẦN: Division A Team 1: Hoan- Thy- Hoàng Team 2: Nghĩa- Thắng Lử- Khoa Team 3: Phúc- Hiếu John- Hoàng Conroe Team 4: Thanh San Antonio- Phong- Duynh Division B Team 1: Long- Thành S45- Nghĩa Vỏ Team 2: Công- Hải LV- Nghi Team 3: Tú- Thọ nurse- Khoa Bùi Team 4: Phát - Quang S45- Hiếu P Team 5: Lộc- Phú- Tuấn N Division C Team 1: Hải gà- Hân- Stephanie Team 2: Tuấn Cao - Tuấn Hn- D Thy Team 3: Phúc- Dũng- Thọ Team 4: Phong-Bảo- Kiệt S45 THỂ THỨC THI ĐẤU: SWAYLING FORMAT THREE MEN TEAM 👉 Tất cả sẽ có 5 trận đấu Đơn, mỗi đội chỉ được xếp đội hình 3 thành viên ra sân. 👉 Các trận trong 5 set,đội nào thắng 3 set trước sẽ thắng trận đấu đó 👉 Về đội hình ra sân sẽ theo ký hiệu bốc thăm ban đầu của mỗi đội là ABC hay XYZ - Bên nào bốc được ABC thì đội đó : A sẽ đánh trận 1 và 4 , B sẽ đánh 2 và 5 , C đánh trận 3 1- Bên nào bốc được XYZ thì đội đó : X sẽ đánh 1 và 5 , Y sẽ đánh 2 và 4 , Z đánh trận 3 Trận đấu kết thúc ngay khi một đội chạm mốc 3 trận thắng. Thứ tự các trận là: Trận 1: VĐV A gặp VĐV X Trận 2: VĐV B gặp VĐV Y Trận 3: VĐV C gặp VĐV Z Trận 4: VĐV A gặp VĐV Y (Hai chủ lực đối đầu) Trận 5: VĐV B gặp VĐV X TÍNH ĐIỂM: Các đội sẽ thi đấu vòng tròn, tính điểm theo tổng số trận thắng, nếu số trận thắng bằng nhau thì tính hiệu số game thắng, nếu vẫn bằng nhau thì tính trận đấu đối đầu. Trường hợp có 3 đội bằng điểm nhau thì ban tổ chức sẽ bốc thăm. Giải thưởng: DIVISION A, B, C có đồng giải thưởng: 1st: 450$ 2nd: 300$ 3rd & 4th & 5th: Mỗi team 3 hộp banh Club sẽ mở cửa lúc 8.30 am để Warm up, các trận đấu bắt đẩu lúc 9am. Các trận đẩu đầu tiên của các division như sau: DIVISION A: Team 1 vs Team 2 Team 3 vs Team 4 DIVISION B : Team 1 nghĩ Team 2 vs Team 3 Team 4 vs Team 5 Lượt trận thứ 2, team 2 nghĩ và tiếp tục cho đến lượt trận thứ 5 DIVISION C: Team 1 vs Team 2 Team 3 vs Team 4 Sau loạt trận thứ nhất, các leader của các team tự sắp xếp thi đấu để thích hợp và tiết kiệm thời gian. BTC sẽ cung cấp nước, chuối, và thức ăn trưa trong ngày thi đấu. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!

Date: August 30, 2026, Sunday Venue: Houston International Table Tennis Academy (HITTA) 923 S Mason Road, Katy, Texas 77450 Registration fee: $40 per person (including lunch and drink). Registration fee by Quick pay sinoprofessional@gmail.com or cash or check (Payto SPA) Registration deadline: August 23, 2026, subject to receipt of the registration fee. If registration is full, registration will end early. Organizer: Sino Professionals Club (www.sinoprofessionals.org ) Tournament Rules: 1. Divisions: The tournament is divided into Division Elite (Elite), Division A (Advanced), Division B (Intermediate), Division C (Beginning) according to the overall level of the participating teams. Each team is composed of 3-4 players, regardless of age or gender. For Division Elite, there is no maximum USATT rating limit. For Div A, B and C, the total rating of the top three athletes shall not exceed 6000 (Division A)/5400 (Division B)/4500 (Division C). Division Elite player’s rating has no limit. Division A player’s rating should not exceed 2200. Division B player’s rating should not exceed 2000. Division C player’s rating should not exceed 1700. Eligible rating cut-off date is 7/1/2026. Seed rating cut-off date is 7/28/2026. Those who do not have an active USATT rating will be assigned a rating by the tournament committee according to their actual level. A player can only sign up for one team. 2. Schedule: The team match is 4 singles and 1 doubles match: single, single, double, single, single. The team wins three sets wins. Each person is limited to two singles or one single and double. Player rosters cannot be changed after the registration deadline. The proposed limit is 16 teams in each Division. The first round is a round robin (RR), and the rest are single elimination (SE) till the first, second and third places are determined. The match sequence is first two sets of singles, then one set of doubles, and finally two sets of singles. It is best of five games. After drawing lots to determine the home and guest teams before the game, the home team decides ABC, and the guest team decides XYZ, which cannot be changed. According to the regulations of the ITTF, the third player must play doubles, match order: the first match A vs X, the second match B vs Y, the third match A+C vs X+Z, the fourth match B vs Z, the fifth match C vs Y. 3. Award: the top three teams in Division Elite will be awarded prizes (the first, second and third team will receive $420, $360 and $300 respectively) and a trophy per player; the top three teams in Division A will be awarded prizes (the first, second and third team will receive $300, $240 and $210 respectively) and a trophy per player; the top three teams in Division B will be awarded prizes (the first, second and third teams will each receive $210, $180 and $150) and a trophy per player; the top three teams in Division C will be awarded a trophy per player. Note: due to the time constraints and if the venue permits, the organizing committee has the right to require two teams to play two matches at the same time. Violations during the matches, such as serving and tossing the ball not high enough, if the player does not correct it after two warnings, the opponent has the right to ask an umpire for the match if available. 4. Tournament ball: Yinghe H40+ 3 star table tennis ball 5. This tournament is not USATT sanctioned and will not affect USATT ratings. The organizing committee has the right to interpret the tournament rules. 6. Each team must designate a captain. The captain is responsible for registration, payment, filling out the waiver form, passing on the tournament information etc. The team captain must provide email address and mobile phone number. THƯ MỜI Câu lạc bộ bóng bàn South-45, Houston sẽ tổ chức giải bóng bàn đồng đội. Giải sẽ qui tụ nhiều tay vợt đến từ các thành phố trong tiểu bang Texas như Dallas, San Antonio, Houston….. Để giúp ban tổ chức có nhiều thời gian chuẩn bị cho thật chu đáo, xin vui lòng ghi danh sớm vì chúng tôi chỉ nhận tối đa 16 đội tham dự. 1/ Giải khai mạc đúng 9:00 sáng ngày thứ bảy, 09 tháng 5 năm 2026 tại: Sagemont Community Center 11507 Hughes Rd. Houston, TX 77089 2/ - Diễn văn chào mừng quan khách của bà Grisby, Debra- quản lý Sagemont Community Center. -Diễn văn đáp từ của ban tổ chức. 3/Mỗi đội có 03 đấu thủ với tổng số điểm khoảng 5,000. Thi đấu theo “Olympic Format”: gồm có 01 trận đôi và 04 trận đơn. Đội có 03 trận thắng trước là đội thắng cuộc. 4/ Lệ phí tham dự: $20/ 1 người. Hạn chót ghi danh: thứ tư, ngày 29 tháng 4 năm 2026. THƯ CÁM ƠN Giải thi đấu vừa khép lại, thay mặt CLB bóng bàn S-45, chúng tôi gửi lời cám ơn đến tất cả anh, chị, em đã bỏ nhiều thời gian để đến tham dự giải bóng bàn mở rộng do chúng tôi lần đầu tổ chức. Sự nhiệt tình và hỗ trợ quí báu của các bạn đã giúp cho chúng tôi thêm nhiều năng lực và dã tạo nên một bầu không khí sôi động chưa từng có cho nhà thi đấu hôm thứ bảy vừa qua. Các cuộc tranh tài sôi nổi, hào hứng, nhưng đầy tinh thần thể thao hữu nghị, cùng với các nụ cười rạng rỡ trên các khuôn mặt, cộng với các trang phục thể thao lộng lẫy, đầy màu sắc, đặc biệt của các chị và của các cô, đã tạo nên một ngày hội khó quên cho chúng tôi. Chúng tôi mong mỏi sẽ luôn nhận được sự ủng hộ nhiệt tình, và tham dự đông đảo hơn nữa của các bạn cho các cuộc tranh tài trong tương lai do chúng tôi tổ chức. Thành thật cám ơn tất cả quý bạn.
